Jenna Suru a rencontré Tony Armer le Commissaire du film et Directeur des Industries créatives de Dallas, TX. Il est également le Co-fondateur de Film USA, la première association nationale des commissions de films aux États-Unis. Il a co-fondé le renommé Festival du film Sunscreen en Floride.
Sous sa direction St. Pete Clearwater a été reconnu comme l'un des 25 meilleurs endroits pour vivre et travailler dans l'industrie du cinéma par le magazine MovieMaker en 2021 et 2022. Depuis 1997 Tony a créé du contenu cinématographique, télévisuel et numérique, tout en enseignant le cinéma en tant que professeur adjoint à l'Art Institute of Tampa et à l'Université de Tampa (Floride).
